Who these Terms apply to

These Terms form an agreement between Mailmyra and the person or organisation using the service. If you use Mailmyra for a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.

Accounts and workspace access

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity carried out through your account, including actions taken by people you invite to a workspace.

Tell us promptly at hello@mailmyra.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Mailmyra may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before restoring or changing access.

Acceptable use

You may use Mailmyra only for lawful business and professional purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, probe security controls, misuse another person's information or use Mailmyra to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that signature content, campaign links, legal notices and contact information comply with the rules that apply to your organisation and recipients.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of logos, profile images, contact details, links, banners, disclaimers and other content submitted to Mailmyra. You grant Mailmyra a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, support and secure the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use the content you upload. Mailmyra does not acquire ownership of customer content.

Plans, sender counts and billing

Prices, billing periods, included features and the way active senders are counted are shown before purchase. Taxes may be added where required. Unless a checkout or order document states otherwise, paid access continues for the purchased billing period.

Changes to a plan, renewal or cancellation take effect according to the terms shown in the account or order flow. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where mandatory law or a written agreement requires otherwise.

Third-party services and email clients

Mailmyra may connect with or provide output for third-party products such as email clients, identity providers and hosting services. Those products are governed by their own terms and may change independently of Mailmyra.

Preview and compatibility tools are intended to reduce rendering differences, but final display can still depend on the receiving email client, user settings and later modifications to exported HTML.

Availability and service changes

We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features to keep the service useful and secure. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical, but temporary interruptions may occur.

No online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, urgent security work and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Mailmyra at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, abuse or a material breach of these Terms.

When an account ends, access to saved workspaces and exports may stop. You should retain copies of information that your organisation is legally or operationally required to keep.

Disclaimers and liability

Mailmyra is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every signature will render identically in every version of every third-party email client.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mailmyra is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, our business or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website, account or another reasonable channel.
