This disclosure explains the processing of personal data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It applies to visitors, account holders, workspace members and people who contact Mailmyra directly.

Data controller
The Mailmyra contracting entity identified in your account, order or business communication acts as data controller for personal data it collects directly. Mailmyra operates from Konya, Turkiye and can be contacted at hello@mailmyra.com.
For information entered into a workspace by an organisation, that organisation may be the data controller and Mailmyra may process the information on its instructions.
Categories of personal data
Personal data may include identity and business contact details, account and workspace information, signature content, uploaded images and brand assets, transaction records, support messages, service preferences, device information, IP address and security or usage logs.
Users should not enter unrelated special categories of personal data into signature fields or support requests.
Purposes of processing
Personal data may be processed to create accounts, provide and secure the service, generate and export signatures, administer workspaces, manage billing, respond to requests, maintain business records, prevent misuse, improve performance and comply with legal obligations.
Legal grounds
Depending on the activity, personal data may be processed because it is necessary to establish or perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, establish or protect a right, pursue a legitimate interest without harming fundamental rights, or because explicit consent has been obtained where the law requires it.
Method of collection
Personal data may be collected electronically through website forms, account and workspace screens, uploaded files, support correspondence, service logs, payment and identity providers, and authorised administrators acting for a customer organisation.
Transfers and recipients
Personal data may be shared, where necessary and lawful, with hosting, authentication, payment, communication, monitoring and support providers; authorised customer administrators; professional advisers; public authorities; and parties involved in a lawful business transaction.
Transfers abroad will be handled using a method permitted by KVKK and related rules, including an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or another valid legal basis where applicable.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for periods required by the service purpose, contractual relationship, limitation periods, accounting duties, security needs and other legal obligations. When the applicable period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the relevant process.
Your rights under Article 11
Subject to the conditions in KVKK, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly, learn the recipients, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where conditions apply, request notification of corrections or deletion to recipients, object to a result produced exclusively by automated analysis and claim compensation where unlawful processing causes damage.
How to apply
Send requests to hello@mailmyra.com with enough information to identify you and explain the right you wish to exercise. Mailmyra may request additional information to verify identity, authority and the relationship to the relevant data.
You may also submit a complaint or application to the competent Turkish data protection authority where the legal conditions are met.
